• Age 30 to 40 years

Medium in English (written/verbal)Team management, organizational capacity, and activity planning.

Ability to analyze and synthesize.

Ability to work under limited supervision.

Dynamism – Good report writing ability – Computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain, logistics management, procurement ethics, and donor compliance is essential.

Good knowledge of Govt. rules and VAT, TAX and customs duty, etc.

Proven ability to multi-task and process information into action as to not delay program activities.

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and control Logistic and Procurement activities of the project and responsible to support the project team in all manners relating to effective management of project logistic and procurement aspect of the project.
• Fulfill reporting requirements of the organization, donors, and other financial institutions.
• Implement day-to-day Procurement and logistic support which is accountable to NGO Forum procurement policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintain stock register regularly and prepare requisition whenever available materials are below threshold level.
• Invitation quotation, CS making, including bill summary, and preparing other supporting documents with bills and vouchers.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual procurement plans.
• Reporting on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with income Tax and VAT regulations, especially in terms of salary, benefits, and procurement of goods and services.
• Responsible for all procurement of goods and services under the NGOF project on time purchasing and dispatching any material required by the project
