Requirements:

Education:

Master’s in Development Studies / Public Health / Environmental Science / Social Science /Nutrition / Disaster Management or any other relevant disciplines.

Experience:

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO, Development Agency

Additional Requirements:

Age at most 45 years
Project management experience in the sector of WASH, Nutrition, Cash for work, C4D, SBC, Emergency Response, Disaster Management, Humanitarian Assistance, and relevant experience.
Medium in English (written/verbal)
Team management, organizational capacity, and activity planning.
Ability to analyze and synthesize.
Ability to work under limited supervision.
Dynamism – Good report writing ability – Computer skills

Responsibilities & Context:

Lead the preparation and implementation of the monthly results-based work plans and result frameworks as endorsed by the management.
Monitor program outputs and manage progress against the outcomes defined in the project document.
Prepare monthly project completion reports and organize monthly progress reviews.
Keep the NGO Forum Central Management updated with the project progress.
Coordinate the distribution of responsibilities amongst team members and organize monitoring and tracking system of all components of the project.
Maintain effective liaison/interaction with relevant local government institutions, national and international agencies, NGOs, local stakeholders, and other relevant implementing partners of the project.
Develop ideas to minimize the emerging crisis as per the field contexts.
Facilitate donors to conduct field visits as and when required.
Make extensive visits to the project locations in order to ensure smooth implementation of the project activities.
Manage stakeholder expectations and participate in communication activities to inform stakeholders of progress and issues.
Manage and control effective management of project logistics and procurement aspects as well as collaborative work with logistics to support quotations collection, quotation evaluation, contractor selection, contracts signed, orders, and purchases.
Monitor financial resources and accounting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reports.
